Creating an Enhanced Learning Environment
St Joseph’s College is a Marist School of 450 students and 22 teachers. The school was established in 1950 and the current classrooms were built in 1998.
St Joseph’s has 16 classrooms all which are in desperate need of refurbishment. The interiors have become faded; the blackboards need replacing; and there is no space for students to display their work or post notices.
The principal and the Marist District of the Pacific wishes to reinvigorate all the classrooms and breathe life back into the school. All 16 classrooms will be painted and furnished with new, wall-length blackboards, while Autex cube panels will be installed which will provide space for creativity and flair. This is part of an annual maintenance plan.
By choosing to support this project you are directly improving the quality of education for 450 students in the most important formative years of their life.
