Our Policies

AMS has a responsibility to the communities that we partner with and support to ensure that we operate in ways that are ethical and effective. We also have a responsibility to the generous donors who contribute to AMS and make it possible for us to provide access to education for children and young people in vulnerable communities across the Asia and Pacific region.

AMS takes seriously its commitment to follow best practice and meet our obligations to uphold relevant standards in the international development sector. We are registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profit Commission (https://www.acnc.gov.au/ ) and are accredited with the Australian Council for International Development (https://acfid.asn.au/about).

The Constitution and Policies of Australian Marist Solidarity provide the overarching framework that enables us to do this work in a way that is consistent with our vision, mission and values, creating opportunities for vulnerable children and young people to reach their brightest potential.
