In 2008 Australian Marist Solidarity became a full member and signatory to the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) Code of Conduct. ACFID is the peak council of Australian non-government organisations (NGOs) which aim to promote conditions of sustainable human development in which people are able to enjoy a full range of human rights and fulfil their needs free from poverty, and live in dignity.
Australian Marist Solidarity seeks and appreciates your feedback.
If you wish to provide feedback or lodge a complaint against the organisation, please contact Rebecca Bromhead, CEO on (07) 3354 0600

THE ACFID CODE OF CONDUCT
The ACFID Code of Conduct defines standards of best practice for international development organisations and represents the active commitment of its signatories to conduct their activities with integrity and accountability. The Code is a voluntary, self-regulatory sector code of good practice that aims to improve international development outcomes and increase stakeholder trust by enhancing the transparency and accountability of signatory organisations. Marist Solidarity is committed to full adherence of its requirements.
The first step in ACFID’s process for reporting a breach of the Code of Conduct is to contact AMS directly using the contact details provided above. If this isn’t able to resolve your concern, you can lodge a complaint with ACFID directly. The process for doing so is available at https://acfid.asn.au/content/complaints. The contact point at ACFID can be reached by emailing email@example.com
